To be a contestant in the pageant, participants must agree to the following:

Participants are between the ages of 17-26 and be either attending high school, college, or a graduate. |

Participants are not currently married. |
| |
|
| 3). |
Participants are of Vietnamese decent. |
| |
|
| 4). |
Participants are willing to participate in practices and meetings. |
| |
|
| 5). |
Participants are willing to have fun and align with the goals of the pageant. |
